Darren Dolcemascolo is a co-founder and Senior Partner of EMS Consulting Group. He has spent more than 20 years working with organizations to develop practical problem-solving capability and improve execution through Lean and Six Sigma principles.
 

In 2009, Darren collaborated with eLeap Software to create Lean Training Online, designing the platform to reflect real-world operational experience rather than purely academic instruction. The platform continues to evolve based on practitioner feedback and changing organizational needs.
