Lean Capability Support Packages are designed to help practitioners, managers, and continuous improvement teams apply Lean and Six Sigma skills in real work situations.
These packages combine structured e-learning with facilitated working sessions and ongoing application support. They are intended to reinforce capability development over time — not to replace leadership systems, organizational governance, or executive decision-making.
Organizations typically use these packages when they want to strengthen problem-solving skills, support teams leading improvement work, and create consistency in how Lean tools and methods are applied.

Executive-level advisory and leadership work is delivered separately through EMS Consulting Group.
Each Lean Capability Support Package includes a combination of the following elements, scaled based on organizational needs:
1. Customized e-learning access
Participants are enrolled in Lean Training Online courses aligned to their role and learning objectives. Learning paths may be adjusted over time as participants rotate or as focus areas change.
2. Facilitated application sessions (virtual)
Scheduled live sessions are used to support skill application, review active improvement work, answer questions, and reinforce correct use of Lean methods already taught.
These sessions may include:
• Reviewing problem-solving work in progress
• Coaching on use of A3s, root cause analysis, and standard work
• Facilitating learning exercises tied directly to participant work
3. Learning diagnostics and progress feedback
Simple diagnostics may be used to understand how participants are applying skills and where additional reinforcement is needed. These diagnostics are focused on learning effectiveness — not organizational assessment.
4. Collaboration tools
Participants may be provided with shared digital workspaces (e.g., Miro boards) to support collaboration, practice, and documentation of learning activities.
5. As-needed practitioner support
Participants may submit questions related to their learning and application work via email between sessions.
