Teach Your Teams Lean with an Enterprise Learning Account

With an Enterprise plan, we create a branded e-learning site with your company logo and information that will allow you to do the following:

1. Add any/all of your team members as participants.
2. Assign participants to any of our courses or learning paths including Lean certification training.
3. Track your participants' course progress and assessment results.
4. Have EMS Consulting Group Inc. support the customization of learning paths and training modules aligned to your organization’s needs. 

The Enterprise account is based on a subscription fee beginning below $8 per user per month (depending on the number of users).   Fees are charged on an annual basis, in advance.  Additional user fees are charged on a monthly basis, when utilized.

 An Enterprise Learning Account helps teams practice a common approach to problem solving and improvement, supporting collaboration and consistency across groups.

Courses and learning paths may be tailored to suit departments, roles, and individual learning needs. 

Our courses are designed to be engaging with interactive quizzes, videos, and case exercises. Your team members will have fun while learning.

• Initial 12 month commitment required; flat fees are payable annually in advance.
• 1 time setup fee for Enterprise account: $750

• Lean Capability Support Packages (practitioner-level learning reinforcement and application support )
• SigmaXL software one time cost per enrollee (LSS Green and Black Belt programs, if desired only) 
• Project Review / Certification (for programs requiring projects for certification)
• Development of new learning modules (where applicable).
• Additional facilitated learning sessions related to course material.
