Teach Your Whole Team Lean with an Enterprise Account

With an Enterprise plan, we create a branded e-learning site with your company logo and information that will allow you to do the following:

1. Add any/all of your team members as participants.
2. Assign team members to any of our courses or learning paths including lean certification training.
3. Track your team members’ course progress and test scores.
4. Have EMS Consulting Group Inc design customized training modules and courses. Customized courses using existing modules are included; additional modules will have a fee at some tiers while other tiers include additional modules at no additional cost.

The Enterprise account is based on a subscription fee beginning below $8 per user per month (depending on the number of users).   Fees are charged on an annual basis, in advance.  Additional user fees are charged on a monthly basis, when utilized.

An enterprise plan will allow your company to have everyone speaking a common language and practicing a common methodology for problem solving and improvement.  This will enhance the ability for collaboration and the speed of culture change.  

With an Enterprise plan, we can customize courses and learning paths to suit your organization, its departments, and its individuals to meet your exact needs.

Our courses are designed to be engaging with interactive quizzes, videos, and case exercises. Your team members will have fun while learning.

• Initial 12 month commitment required; flat fees are payable annually in advance.
• 1 time setup fee for Enterprise account: $750

• Virtual Support Packages (Live Remote Coaching, Consulting, Training, and/or Facilitation Services)
• SigmaXL software one time cost per enrollee (LSS Green and Black Belt programs, if desired only) 
• Project Review / Certification (for programs requiring projects for certification)
• Development costs for new modules for clients (Some plans above include development.)
• Coaching and or Live Sessions, if desired by client
