No — internal coaches are helpful, but not required. The pilot is designed to provide structure and support without overloading your CI team . 


The pilot includes access to certification learning paths. If your organization wants formal certification issuance, we can structure that as part of the pilot or as an add-on depending on cohort size and project review requirements.
