Certification & Project Review (Enterprise Accounts)

Certification is earned through completion and application

Enterprise learners have access to all certification learning paths, including:

  • Certified Lean Practitioner 
  • Certified Lean Facilitator
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt 
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt 


and all other available Certificate programs.


Learners earn a certificate upon completing the required training, assessments, and program requirements.

Project work and application support

Many certification paths include applied work (such as A3 thinking, Lean project deliverables, or DMAIC-based project documentation).


To support real-world application, Enterprise accounts may include:


  • CI Navigator™ (optional add-on): on-demand coaching support to help learners improve project thinking, strengthen deliverables, and stay on track
     
  • Optional live project review sessions: structured group reviews to reinforce quality and consistency across cohorts
     
  • Optional 1:1 project review services: available for organizations who want individualized project feedback or accelerated certification support

Project review policy

To keep delivery scalable and consistent, project reviews are provided as scheduled cohort sessions or as an optional paid service, depending on your plan level and desired support.


  • Project reviews are not unlimited under standard enterprise access
     
  • Live review availability, format, and frequency are defined in the enterprise agreement or pilot scope
     
  • Additional review support can be added at any time

That is completely fine.  We have clients using JMP and Minitab for statistical analysis and Design of Experiments using our course materials.  We do not sell licenses for these, but we do offer training modules that support JMP at this time.
